Very, very happy with the service AND the product!! When the pictured flowers were unavailable, John went the extra mile and called me here in Michigan to discuss acceptable substitutes. It also gave me the opportunity to explain what I was looking for in the arrangement. They arrived in time, and my daughter was notified of their arrival.
